WHY STARLIGHT? I write all my words under the brilliant starlight in my refulgent Floridian sky. I am a middle of the night writer and do my best work in the madrugda hours or when the night is descending into the dawn.

The Importance of Self Care: Self-care is a broad term that encompasses just about anything you to do be good to yourself. It’s about being as kind to yourself as you would be to others. It’s about knowing that when your resources are running low you can step back to replenish rather than letting them all drain away.
