BEDTIME AFFIRMATION
I am calm and peaceful
I did my best today
I’m grateful for all today’s opportunities
My body is relaxed
My mind is restful
I’m proud of myself
Everything I did today is to plan
My heart is thankful and I love my family and they love me
I’m happy with my accomplishments
I am safe and secure
Tomorrow is a new day full of possibilities
I am overjoyed with all I learned today
I am peaceful and hopeful
I will sleep well
I am enough
MORNING AFFIRMATION
Thank you for this new day
I am filled with happiness and gratitude
I am grateful for another day to live
I am grateful for the air in my lungs and every beat of my heart
I am thankful for being alive
I am happy with who I am
I am grateful for all that I have
Today I will be thankful
Thank you for all the blessings of this new day
TO ENCOURAGE YOURSELF
I am free choose how to experience my life
I am free to discover new things
I am whole even as I grow
I am more than my negative thoughts
I am willing to deepen my awareness
I am able to expand my perceptions
I am loving myself and where I I am in life
I am more than the sum of my parts
I am a part of something greater than myself
TO LET GO
Today I release all the toxic thoughts and Emotions
Unhealthy environments
Unfruitful relationships
Thoughts of unforgiveness and revenge
Thoughts of envy or strife
Negative words I’ve thought of others
Negative thoughts of myself
I let it all go right now
I live my life with peace, love and happiness
TO IMPROVE CONFIDENCE
I am confident in my ability to [fill in the blank].
I use my time and talents to help others [fill in the blank].

I give myself space to grow and learn.
I allow myself to be who I am without judgment.

WHEN YOU FEEL ANXIOUS
At this moment, I choose to release the past and look forward to the good that awaits me.
With each new breath, I inhale strength and exhale fear. I am learning that it is safe for me to heal and grow.
At this moment, I choose to feel calm and peaceful. Everything is unfolding as it should.
I choose to fill my mind with positive, nurturing, and healing thoughts.
There are no mistakes, only lessons to be learned. I did the best I could.
TO STOP A PANIC ATTACK
I breathe in the calm, I breathe out the tension.
I am capable of getting past this
I am free of anxiety and am at peace
I am ridding my mind of negative thoughts and filling it with positive ones.
Panic might make me feel scared but I am in charge of my mind and body.
I am more and more calm with each deep breath I take.
I am attracting positive energy into my body.
I am free of anything that weighs me down.
I have the ability to overcome this panic.
AFTER A HEARTBREAK
I am worthy of love and I love myself unconditionally
I am not flawed, because there is only one me
I am in charge of my emotions and I choose happiness
This will not break me because I am strong enough to get over this
There is someone out there who will love me for me
There is something better waiting for me
I am excited about this new beginning
I am capable of loving again
I am likable, lovable, and worthy of love
I am capable of trusting again
I am allowing myself to let go
I will open my heart when I am ready
